I've set up a WhatsApp group for those of us who are going to London. It will help us find each other on the day so that we can stand together with "a friend" in the choir and possibly meet up for some busking with other members of the main choir.

If you'd like to be part of the group and haven't yet me know, drop me a message with your mobile phone number and I'll send and invitation.

I'll close the group about a week after London.

Just a quick reminder that if you are going to London, AND you are going to be there on the Saturday afternoon, there is an optional rehearsal on Saturday from 2:00 to 5:00. It's going to be in the Scoop, which is where the rehearsal and performance are going to be on the Sunday. (Details are in Kate Forde's email of 28th May.

Venue: The Scoop, Queen’s Walk, More London, SE1 2DB
Time: 8:30am-3:00pm

The performance day will break down as follows:


8:30-9:00am - Choirs to arrive
Congregate on the steps at the Scoop (the open-air Amphitheatre next to City Hall) - cloakroom will be open to leave bags and coats.

All choir leaders must register their choirs at the bag-check tent.

9:00-9:30am - Soloists sound-check

9:30-11:00am - Mass choir rehearsal in the Scoop
Please note all choirs must attend this rehearsal!

2:15-3:00pm - Main performance
